One of the main sights to see in Shirahama is Senjo-jiki. Large white soft sandstone rocks slope down towards the sea.

Dear e., sorry that I'm so late with my comments. (work and family, you know :). Splendid coast picture, makes me think of a tank stuck in the water (the gun is that small bar of rock in the background).
