rural scenePosted by e. (New York, NY, United States) on 3 April 2008 in Art & Design and Portfolio. At Kuangsheng, my mom and uncle went around to some of the stores looking for wood carvings to buy. In the meantime, I snapped off photos of some of the works when the storekeepers weren't looking. :-P One of the proudest attributes that woodcarvers like to boast about is how they carve entire pieces out of a single block of wood. This piece is one such accomplishment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There are only two ways to live your life.
