One amazing feature that few people outside of Taiwan know about, is that their gas stations in the suburbs are mini shopping malls. That way, when you pump gas, you can take a break, eat some food, and relax, until you feel you're ready to sit in the car again. We stopped by a gas station on our way, and, suspended in midair, they had these rocks that had been marked by various strangers over time. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There are only two ways to live your life. This is very inyteresting and indeed it makes us think of a community, only ít makes me also curious about what is the purpose and intention of it: wishes? little poems? names? whatever, the picture is great!! 14 Mar 2008 10:53pm Lynne's Somewhat Invented Life from Provo, Utah, United Statesthis is such an interesting custom.
