Columbia University's student center is called Lerner Hall. Every year, there's an event in the center called Glass House Rocks. Historically, it was an event started by the students to retake Lerner as their student center, since the university used to rent out spaces within the center to the outside public. Since then, it's become a massive event with dance performances and lots of food where all the clubs come out and showcase their talents and recruit new members. The name Glass House Rocks comes from the fact that Lerner's walls are made up almost entirely of glass.

This photo is from this year's Glass House Rocks.
